Toll Brothers , America's Luxury Home Builder, has an immediate opportunity for a Legal Executive Assistant to join our team at our corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. 

What is the opportunity?

Join the Legal Department of a Fortune 500 company as a highly motivated Executive Assistant. This role provides administrative support to our talented group of senior leaders, attorneys, and paralegals. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit correspondence and legal documents
  • Answer phones and monitor email
  • Arrange meetings and manage calendars
  • Arrange travel for attorneys
  • May include assembling and maintaining closing binders, distributing weekly key date memos, coordinating with Corporate Planning on the status of land deals, processing check requests and/or maintaining confidentiality agreements
  • Handle a wide range of special projects
  • Train or mentor less tenured administrative assistants
  • All other duties as assigned

Does this describe you?

  • Organized, team player that can support busy legal professionals with a wide variety of tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, experience with SharePoint and ability to learn other systems used by the legal team

Do you have these ?

  • Essential:
    • Microsoft Office skills
    • Writing skills
    • 5+ years of legal experience
  • Preferred
    • Associates degree
    • Real Estate Transactional or Litigation experience
