Grounded Solutions is a full-service residential, commercial, and service provider specializing in EV chargers, Power Wall, and solar installations in the greater Indianapolis area. With locations in Carmel and Martinsville, we are a non-union merit shop dedicated to high-quality electrical solutions and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrical Foreman to lead and manage residential electrical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality installations. This role involves supervising electricians, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage residential electrical installations, including EV chargers, Power Walls, and solar systems.
Lead a team of electricians, delegating tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications.
Ensure compliance with NEC codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure project success.
Train and mentor electricians and apprentices to enhance team performance.
Maintain project schedules, track materials, and manage job site inventory.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure quality control on all installations.

Qualifications:

Journeyman Electrician License required; Master Electrician preferred.
5+ years of residential electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of NEC codes and residential electrical systems.
Experience with EV chargers, solar installations, and battery storage systems is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
