Job Summary

The 3PL Warehouse Lead at Alogistico plays a key role in ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant operations across all warehouse functions. This hands-on leadership role drives team performance, promotes a culture of safety, and ensures high service levels are maintained in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Benicia, California . Candidates MUST be currently located within driving distance of Benicia and able to attend on-site interviews. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns

• Direct associates to meet service-level and productivity goals

• Ensure full compliance with retail and wholesale routing guides

• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counts and reconciliations

• Conduct regular quality control checks for outbound shipments

• Train and mentor staff in safety procedures, product handling, and system usage

• Report performance and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Operations Manager

• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service and value-added service teams

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the facility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Min 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead capacity

• Experience in a 3PL or high-volume fulfillment environment strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in WMS and RF scanning systems

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Forklift experience or certification preferred
