Schedules:
We are looking to hire 10 associates to support outbound loading operations. The position offers a base pay of $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $20.00 per hour through performance-based incentive pay.
Responsibilities:
Load freight onto outbound trucks
Move and organize materials within the warehouse
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Meet daily productivity and safety goals
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or freight handling experience is helpful but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy items consistently throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
