Are you hard-working and detail-oriented? Do you love systems, processes, and checking things off your to-do list? Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy serving others with excellence? If you consistently go above and beyond and are ready to join the exciting world of real estate, we should talk! The Ramage Team is seeking a Transaction Coordinator in the Anderson, SC area. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required. This key team member will allow our agents to focus more on selling real estate and less on the back-end administrative details. Proven experience in real estate is required. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in managing transactions from contract to close and supporting our agents and team lead with daily administrative tasks. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys working behind the scenes, and wants to grow with a team that values service, precision, and excellence. Compensation: • $45,000 base salary + bonuses • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Growth potential Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close. • Input and maintain accurate client and transaction details in the database system. • Track key dates, milestones, and activities to ensure timely completion of each step in the process. • Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for compliance and record-keeping. • Schedule and coordinate home inspections, appraisals, repairs, and any required re-inspections. • Facilitate communication between clients, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors to keep transactions on track. • Prepare and process inspection responses, amendments, and other required transaction documents. • Maintain organized digital and physical files for all transactions. • Monitor progress and proactively address any issues or delays. • Provide regular status updates to the lead agent and team members. • Handle post-closing tasks, including sending thank-you notes, updating databases, and preparing closing packets. • Support occasional marketing or listing coordination efforts when related to active transactions. • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients to ensure a smooth and professional experience. Qualifications: • Real estate experience required (transaction coordination or contract-to-close experience strongly preferred). • Active real estate license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (license not for selling, but to enable specific client-related conversations). • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficient with technology and able to learn new systems quickly. (experience with KW Command, Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar platforms is a plus). • Able to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. • Self-driven, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Service-minded and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors. • Thrives in a role that requires meticulous follow-through and proactive communication. • Possesses a “whatever it takes” mindset to ensure smooth, on-time closings. About Company: At The Ramage Team, we're more than just a local real estate group; we're dedicated partners in helping individuals and families across the Upstate navigate the home buying and selling process with confidence. Whether you're relocating to the area, purchasing your first home, searching for the perfect Lake Hartwell property, or investing in your future, our team is here to make your real estate journey seamless and successful. With deep knowledge of the local market and a commitment to personalized service, we take pride in turning real estate dreams into reality.
