Title: Synchronized Swim Coach

Department: Community Education

Schedule: Weekday Nights & Saturdays

Reports to: Aquatics Supervisor

Salary Range: $13.00 to $25.00 per hour

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

St. Louis Park is looking for Synchronized Swim Coaches to work in our swim program. We offer lessons to all ages and abilities, open swim times, private swim lessons, and group rentals. We are looking for people that are energetic, reliable, responsible, and can communicate well with the public.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides the training and feedback for improvement for skill development appropriate for each class.
• Maintains a safe environment for students.
• Creates progress reports to student and records them in the database.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Communicate with students and adults.
• Be on time.
