Sr. SAP Security Analyst

Senior SAP Security Analyst Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP security strategy, design, and implementation across systems including ECC, S4, GRC, Access Control, and Fiori
• Ensure user access is compliant, secure, and aligned with business roles
• Drive automation through Active Directory Group Administration and onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Develop SAP job role matrices and enforce segregation of duties
• Collaborate with IT, audit, and compliance teams to align with regulatory requirements
• Mentor and guide security team members to ensure cross-functional knowledge and support
• Manage escalations, conduct audits, and ensure GRC and ETD controls are optimized
• Stay current with industry trends and enhance security architecture accordingly

Senior SAP Security Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 5 years of SAP Security experience with a deep understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP HCM, GRC, Fiori , and cloud applications are required.
• 7 years in IT or Security are required.
• Experience in high-volume, complex environments—manufacturing or CPG preferred
• Hands-on expertise with user lifecycle management, RBAC, SOD, audit testing, and SAP GRC tools
• Must be a great/clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Industry-recognized SAP Security certification preferred
