Who We Look For Our engineers are involved throughout the product lifecycle, from gathering requirements with users and product managers, developing APIs and UIs, ensuring security, to deploying code globally. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain high-performance options trading strategies for clients. Monitor trading performance daily and customize algorithms based on client needs. Understand US Options market structure, regulations, and exchange services, implementing changes as needed. Communicate with traders, sales, clients, and compliance regarding features and functionalities. Basic Qualifications Advanced degree in Computer Science or Financial Technology. 2+ years relevant experience. Proficiency in Java or C++. Experience designing algorithms for US trading. Experience analyzing and optimizing trading strategy performance. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability. Preferred Qualifications Experience with algorithm or smart order router design for Agency business. Experience with backtesting trading strategies.
