The sparkling sunshine state of California is calling for an absolutely top, Norland-trained Nanny! This fantastic opportunity in San Francisco is for clients with one child, a little girl (turning 2 y-o in August).
Whilst this is a fully-staffed household, the household is quite relaxed and up to this point Mum & Dad have been very involved in caring for their daughter, so this will be the family’s first, formal nanny and we have been tasked with finding them “the best of the best"! For US visa purposes (B1) we are seeking a formally trained Norland Nanny who can support them with all the next exciting developmental stages that await them.
In return our clients are looking for a loving, caring, intelligent, Norland-trained Nanny who is happy to work as part of the team. Someone super engaging and personable and who will educationally stimulate & challenge the little girl. A very high standard is required, a super-professional, discreet nanny who can read-the-room, is passionate about EY & education, structured plans etc.
The primary residence is San Francisco and the family travels to divine destinations such as NYC, Malibu, Hawaii & London.
The household is a well-organized environment where all necessary roles are filled, ensuring that tasks are managed efficiently. At the same time, the atmosphere is laid-back and comfortable, allowing team members to feel at ease while they work. This balance creates a productive yet stress-free setting, where everyone can collaborate effectively without feeling overwhelmed.
B1 visa available for a **Norland-trained Nanny** and interviews are now taking place now as the family will be in London for a few days in mid-July. They then head down to the South of France for most of August, so they will be able to conduct phone/video calls and interviews.
