Job Summary We are seeking a SalesForce Techno Functional Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development & Customization, Insurance Cloud Omnistudio, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration, and SFDC Configuration. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in English is essential. Responsibilities Understand the Customer organization's business processes, requirements, current and proposed systems, and new system design. Facilitate the project team to understand functional requirements. Coordinate with the Testing Lead to manage System Integration Testing (SIT). Conduct product demo sessions for Customer SMEs. Conduct Requirements Workshops jointly with Customer SMEs. Collaborate with Customer SMEs to define 'To Be' Business Processes. Prepare Functional Specifications. Act as the primary contact for the Customer regarding functional aspects and serve as a bridge between the offshore team and the Customer. Conduct training sessions. Salary and Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $160,000 to $186,500, depending on experience and qualifications. Applications will be accepted until 5/4/2025.
