Job Description

Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Retirement Specialist to join their team. As a Retirement Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting various Retirement Plans in the US and Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong data analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and knowledge of HR and Retirement Benefits, which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Retirement Specialist **Location: Remote (MUST BE IN EST)** **Pay Range:** Not specified **Contract** : 6 Months to start **What's the Job?** + Ensure daily service delivery standards of Retirement plans in the US and Canada are met for all processing activities while utilizing lean management principles. + Address questions, requests and escalations from Businesses, HR and employees + Follow standard operating procedures for major processes or create documentation for processes that lack standard operating procedures. + Identify and resolve operational issues, supporting process improvements and contributing to initiatives and projects. + Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and policy requirements. **What's Needed?** + Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field + 5 years of previous experience with payroll and benefits and retirement plans i + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. + Gain comprehensive knowledge of Payroll & Benefits systems and processes. + Be part of a team that values creativity and initiative in driving change. + Engage in cross-functional interactions that enhance professional growth. + Contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives that impact the organization.
