Job Description

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for a Receptionist/Cashier position in Sacramento, CA. This Receptionist/Cashier position requires candidates to: + Answer calls on multi-line phone and route incoming calls to appropriate individuals, paging employees if necessary, over the loudspeaker. + Greet guests and assist with general information. + Process and file all paperwork such as transfers, purchase orders, etc. + Confirms and schedules all purchase orders. + Take all forms of payment from cash customers and apply payment into system. + Run report for daily cash transactions. + Balance cash drawer daily. + Make all changes on tickets and put in numeric order for A/R. + Sort and distribute incoming mail and faxes. + Handles all outgoing mail. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Receptionist/Cashier position: + High School Diploma or Equivalent + Must have 1 year experience working in a front office environment handling cash The starting pay range for this Receptionist/Cashier position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
