Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Non CDL Driver (Box Truck) to join our team in Richmond, VA. If you enjoy driving and are looking for a role that allows you to be on the road while contributing to a dynamic team, this position is perfect for you! You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a box truck to transport goods to various locations.
May have to assist with load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured and handled with care.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. with +3 or higher
Valid DOT medical card
Previous experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as needed.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with the Richmond area and surrounding regions is a plus.
Must be at least 21 years old.
