Lifelink Healthtech () is currently hiring for Manufacturing Operator II (2nd Shift) : Granulation for Central Islip, NY for one of our top client.

Job Description:

Job Role: Manufacturing Operator II (2nd Shift) : Granulation

Work Location: Central, NY Work Hours: 2nd shift ( 3PM to 11PM)

Required Experience: 3 - 15 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain granulation and related manufacturing equipment following batch records and SOPs
• Dispense raw and packaging materials as per work orders
• Monitor and document production activities, including in-process checks and line clearance
• Perform equipment cleaning, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and calibration
• Coordinate with QA, QC, packaging, and engineering teams for smooth production flow
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, and proper use of PPE
• Complete accurate and timely production documentation
• Support cross-functional activities including warehouse and packaging operations
• Assist in training new operators as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college certificate preferred
• 3-4 years recent experience in granulation within pharmaceutical manufacturing (last 2 years)
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and PPE usage
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
• Excellent communication skills (read, write, speak English)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear required PPE, including respiratory equipment when necessary
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
