### **Job Description:**
Are you a proactive, organized, and friendly Virtual Assistant with a talent for communication and customer service? I’m looking for a detail-oriented VA to join my apartment locating business — someone who thrives in chat-based support, loves helping people, and knows how to turn inquiries into qualified leads.
You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming leads on Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, and other platforms — helping prospective renters find the perfect apartment by guiding them through the process, booking tours, and setting appointments.
**Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Responding to inquiries and messages via Facebook, Instagram, email, and other platforms
* Qualifying leads based on their Credit, and any background issues ex. evictions, broken leases, rental debt, felonies or any misdemeanors.
* Collecting and organizing contact information (email, phone number)
* Booking apartment tours through property websites
* Following up with leads to get their phone number and emails.
* Providing friendly, helpful, and fast customer support
* Setting appointments and emailing guest cards to apartments.
* Keeping CRM or lead trackers organized and up to date
* Supporting ongoing communication and follow-ups
### **What You’ll Need to Succeed (Skills & Traits):**
* **Strong written English** (chat is 90% of the role)
* **Excellent communication and people skills - you are building relationships with each lead by serving them and gaining their trust. Follow up with each lead that don't respond by giving them more value.**
* **Fast responder** — speed builds trust with leads
* **Organized and detail-oriented**
* **Experience in appointment setting or chat-based lead generation**
* **Tech-savvy** — comfortable with Google Sheets, CRM tools, booking websites
* **Problem-solver** — can confidently guide leads through the rental process
* **Reliable and consistent** — strong follow-through and communication
* **Customer-first attitude** — warm, friendly, and helpful tone
* **Real estate or leasing knowledge is a bonus, but not required**
### **Position Details:**
* 100% Remote
* Part-Time with potential for Full-Time
* ⏱ Availability during U.S. business hours preferred
* Mostly chat-based communication (no cold calling)
