Title : Data Engineer Lead

Requirements :

Must have: Python and Databricks. Arch profile. Someone who can make strategy decisions. Pharma or Supply chain experience (domain knowledge and being able to handle business conversation is very important to the client)


This person is responsible for creating assets that will allow Data to be accessed to trusted data to support business decisions inside pharma company
We are looking for a tenured Sr profile or a lead person who is willing to do a lot of hands-on work. It is very likely this role is going to work on their own, directly with the company stakeholders from the technical and business perspectives. There is a chance for the person to pair with the Data Analyst, depending on the project they are allocated. This person will have the support of the Program Manager and the arch of the program.



Tech skills:

• Databricks
• Deep knowledge of data engineering best practices, data warehouses, data lakes, and the Delta Lake architecture
• Good knowledge of Spark and Databricks SQL/PySpark
• Technical experience with Azure Databricks and AWS
• Good practical experience with Databricks Delta Live Tables
• Quicksight is the main need

Consulting skills and Business insights:

• Stakeholder management
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Implementation documentation
• Supply chain knowledge
• Manufacturing data knowledge (prior experience required)
