Job Description

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
Location: Willow Grove, PA
Schedule
8:00 PM to 4:00 AM - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Duties & Responsibilities
Be an Ambassador for Cardinal Point Security Group: Be on time. Look sharp in proper uniform. Be engaged. Be consistent.
Reports on time to relieve officer on prior shift
Performs tours of the building on a scheduled basis
Ensures that all exterior and interior doors are locked as required
Reports on any maintenance issue for building services personnel
Observes and reports unusual or suspicious activities
Completes all required reports on time nightly and record them at the end of each shift
Must be in company issued uniform at all times
Interacts with guests, staff, and residents in a courteous manner
Coordinates with other team members to provide a safe and secure environment
Promptly answers telephone calls with a polite and courteous manner.
 
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of post-secondary school work experience
Must have at least two years of working experience as a Security Officer
Reliable means of communication (active smartphone with the ability to download apps)
Ability to comprehend and utilize the English Language (verbal and written)
Reliable means of transportation
Must be punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
Completes a criminal background check
Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, and work well with others
Must be professional and courteous with supervisors, and fellow team members
