Summary:
Nike is hiring a Senior Merchant Kids Footwear to support the Global Kids Sport team during a leave coverage period. This hybrid, onsite role requires a detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative team player with retail or merchandising experience-ideally from a sportswear brand.

Responsibilities:
Support the creation and management of global 3-year line plans and seasonal assortments
Manage seasonal merchandising tools and ensure accurate communication of assortments
Partner with cross-functional teams in merchandising, design, planning, and retail
Analyze consumer and market trends to inform product strategy
Contribute to presentations and strategic planning within the merchandising team
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail, Merchandising, Buying , or Product Management
Strong communication skills and a consumer-first mindset
Ability to analyze trends and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
Experience with brands such as Adidas, REI, Columbia, Lululemon, or Under Armour is a plus
Energetic, coachable, and team-oriented with entrepreneurial enthusiasm
