Morton Buildings of SD is seeking Experienced Framing Construction Workers to join our team in Watertown, SD!

Job Responsibilities:
· Learn and apply Morton’s construction procedures and safety standards
· Interpret and build to construction plans
· Operate tools and equipment to safely frame and build structures
· Perform framing, roofing, siding, door/window installation, and finish work
· Maintain a safe, respectful, and team-oriented job site
Qualifications:
· Framing, carpentry, or post-frame building experience preferred
· Valid driver’s license preferred
· Willingness to travel (up to 40% overnight travel; potentially up to 2 weeks at a time)
· Comfortable working 9–10 hour days during peak season
· Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs)
· Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet
· Must follow safety protocols and complete training
