An executive couple in Manhattan Beach looking for an Executive Housekeeper/Houseman to work 20 to 25 hours per week. You are smart, experienced, tech-savvy, and very responsible. You are a self-starter. Responsibilities: Household Cleaning & Organization: Maintain overall cleanliness and order of the home, including daily and deep cleaning, specialty care for fine furnishings, outdoor furniture, and seasonal wardrobe changes. Laundry & Linen Care: Manage all household laundry, ironing, linen changes, and dry-cleaning logistics with attention to detail and care. Food & Kitchen Support: Assist with simple food preparation, kitchen maintenance, grocery shopping, organizing deliveries, and maintaining inventory of food and supplies. Hospitality & Event Assistance: Help with serving during events, attend to guests' needs, manage messages and deliveries, and provide general support for entertaining and special projects. Household Operations & Errands: Coordinate vendors, assist with errands, pet care, travel prep, recycling, and ensure sufficient supplies for smooth household functioning. Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be a proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a similar role with verifiable references; knowledgeable in the care of fine furnishings and materials. Maintains a polished appearance and professional demeanor; friendly, positive, and respectful in all interactions. Highly meticulous with strong organizational abilities; able to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. Adaptable to changing routines; maintains strict confidentiality and respects the privacy of the household at all times. Schedule: We prefer a schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Friday but will consider other schedules. We move into our home in early July and hope you will start then.
