Seeking a C-Suite Executive Assistant for an investment firm in Dallas. Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years of experience, a degree (not required but ideal), and bookkeeping experience.

Requirements:

  • Manage CEO calendar.
  • Handle confidential information.
  • Organize and maintain permanent files, records and databases (physical and digital).
  • Bookkeeping duties for payables using QuickBooks.
  • Arrange travel (domestic & international), accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects that require project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven 5-7+ years of experience as an executive assistant.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • In-depth understanding of Quickbooks, virtual work tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and Adobe Pro.
