Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ERP/CRM Developer to join our team based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on migration projects and dealing with various modules of Kronos and Dimensions. This position will require a strong command of client-side scripting, cloud technologies, and CRM, among other skills. Responsibilities: - Undertaking migration from WFC HR and WFC Payroll and Timekeeping to UKG PRO and WFD - Handling tasks related to various modules of Kronos and Dimensions, including Attestation, Analytics, Accruals, Extensions etc. - Gaining a deep understanding of WIM integrations - Gathering and understanding requirements for different projects - Utilizing your strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks - Implementing your strong work ethic, team and customer service orientation to ensure prompt service delivery - Working with relational databases and client-server concepts - Utilizing your experience with Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, and Configuration Management in day-to-day tasks - Ensuring accurate documentation through Business Requirement Documents. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP/CRM Developer or similar role - Proficiency in Client Side Scripting - Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies - Demonstrated experience with CRM systems - Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning - Familiarity with Microsoft technologies - Experience with AB Testing is preferred - Proven ability to develop APIs - Strong understanding of Business Process Functions - Experience in drafting Business Requirement Documents - Competency in Configuration Management Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
