What This Position Offers • $75,000 Base + Benefits: Own your results, lead the ops team, and earn like the executive you are.
• Full Department Ownership: You will lead leasing, maintenance, accounting, and all property management operations — this is your house to run .
• Build the Machine™: We’re not hiring you to keep the status quo. You’re here to install processes, lead people, and upgrade every system to scale to 1,000 units.
• Immediate Executive Access: You’ll work directly with the CEO, be part of strategic planning, and help shape the future of Tide.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing • Leading, hiring, training, and holding the ops team accountable
• Optimizing systems (AppFolio, SOPs, RTMs)
• Driving owner satisfaction, tenant happiness, and net profitability
• Solving problems before they start
• Running the ops department like a well-oiled machine
What You WON’T Be Doing: • Playing middle manager in a broken system
• Juggling a portfolio and getting no help
• Getting blamed for everything with zero authority
• Watching your big ideas collect dust
Qualifications:
This Role Is For You If You: • Have 5+ years of residential property management experience • Have 2+ years in a leadership role • Are comfortable leading teams and optimizing systems • Are Charleston-based and ready to go all-in
• Want your fingerprints on something real — and the seat that comes with it
