**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a **Senior Marketing Lead** experienced in **Google Ads, SEO, and B2B marketing (including LinkedIn)**. You’ll develop data-driven strategies, lead campaigns, and guide a small team to deliver measurable growth for our clients.

**What You’ll Do**
**Strategy & Consulting**
* Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
* Advise clients on how to reach growth goals through creative, data-backed approaches.
* Define messaging, ad spend, and technical setup across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms. 
**Campaign Management**
* Build and optimize PPC campaigns (Google + LinkedIn; TikTok a plus).
* Achieve at least 3x ROI and drive a 15%+ lift in ROAS.
* Use analytics to refine performance and guide recommendations. 
**Client Leadership**
* Act as the main client contact, translating goals into actionable strategies.
* Lead conversations that build trust and showcase clear marketing insight.
* Ensure campaigns align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results. 
**Team Leadership**
* Mentor marketing team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment.
* Oversee deliverables and timelines, ensuring top-quality work.
* Encourage creative experimentation and continuous improvement. 
**Performance & Optimization**
* Own campaign metrics and reporting, identifying wins and improvement areas.
* Ensure all marketing efforts contribute to client and agency success.
* Create deliverables across campaign planning, copy, analytics, and CRM tools. 
**What You Bring**
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven success in digital strategy, campaign management, and client-facing consulting.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and creativity.
* Confident communicator who thrives in client conversations.
* Able to work within ±3 hours of CST for collaboration.
