We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help elevate and strengthen the organization’s online presence and digital marketing. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage the company’s digital advertising, update and enhance the organization’s websites, digital listings and social media properties and help develop effective digital strategies to drive the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advertising & Marketing Campaigns:

  • Execute high-performing PPC ad campaigns across FB, IG, Google, and other media channels. Ensure ads are set-up properly with appropriate targeting, geotargeting, ad copy, key words, timing, and creative.
  • Execute A/B tests and provide insights and recommendations to refine ads and conversion. Tests may include but not limited to creative, positioning, offer, channel side by side, geography, daypart, etc.
  • Use company tools such as marketing automation and email marketing system, website CMS platforms, and analytics tools to execute and monitor campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign and platform performance, make strategic recommendations, and take action to improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and annual ad performance update report for each media campaign and location.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal team to provide campaign data, insights and strategic recommendations based on KPI goals, media strategy and desired results.
  • Monitor and collaborate with SEO partners to ensure sync of key words with ads.
  • Perform ongoing quality checks on ads, landing pages and programming dashboards..
  • Ensure digital ad landing pages and website chatbots are always working properly and leads flow through to CRM system.
  • Work with VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager to develop monthly social media strategy and supporting content calendar and creative content for 28 brands.
  • Some field travel to practices to create and execute social media content.
  • Ensure social media content stays organized and accessible.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital advertising, search engine optimization/changes, media channel algorithm changes, new social media channels, and trends.
  • Maintain brand digital listings and social media profiles ensuring correct and relevant information that is supportive of search and ai.
  • Support monthly meetings to review and reconcile campaign actuals vs plan and other key metrics.
  • Execute patient promotion tactics including experiential, text, email, chatbots, social, etc
  • Cross functional collaboration in ensuring lead manager, call centers, operations, and offices are aware of campaigns and executed their respective deliverables for campaigns.
  • Long-term the position has the potential to grow and have direct reports to help manage our growing media portfolio.
  • Position might involve travel to offices.

Technical Execution & Optimization

  • Troubleshoot technical issues such as website errors, xml feeds, and digital asset formatting.
  • Make website updates and maintain website CMS.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand standards, accessibility, and UX best practices.

SKILLSETS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent business experience required.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role, with expertise in:
  • Marketing Automation (e.g., Adobe Engage/Marketo, Lead Sigma, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot)
  • Content Management Systems (WordPress)
  • Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics, UTM tracking)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, UX best practices, and lead funnel management.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic and multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with ai technology a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical teams
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work in Excel and comfortable with numbers, pivot tables and reporting
  • Ability to organize & prioritize workload to manage timelines and deliverables for self, client, vendor and internal team
  • Collaborative with willingness to listen and learn
