Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience)
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000–$15,000, paid 50% after 30 days and 50% over the first year
• Relocation assistance: Up to $5,000
• 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule options)
• CME: 1 week and $3,500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation + sick time (accrued)
• 10–11 paid holidays annually
• Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision
• 403(b) retirement with 1:1 match up to $3,500
• DEA and license reimbursement
• NHSC and State Loan Repayment eligible
• Optional leadership track as Oral Health Director with an additional $5,000 annually and more administrative time

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including dentures, impressions, and delivery
• Serve both pediatric and adult patient populations
• Collaborate with experienced hygienists and new dental providers
• Mentor and guide early-career dentists and team members
• Maintain a target of 16 patients per day; current average is 12–13
• Leadership involvement as Oral Health Director if selected, serving as a key touchpoint for the dental department

Requirements

• Clear and active dental license (or eligibility) in the state of Wisconsin
• Open to new graduates and experienced providers
• Commitment to mentoring and collaborative practice
• Comfortable treating pediatric patients
• H1B and J1 visa support available
