Job Description

Goodlettsville, TN – Take over a busy schedule 3-4 days per week in an established office in suburban Nashville. The practice offers a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including limited implant dentistry, to a well-established patient base.

Practice Environment:

• Modern office with an iTero digital scanner, implant direct implant system, and CEREC
• Work alongside another dentist and an experienced, friendly team
• Four hygiene columns per day

Patient Base:

• Predominantly PPO with a growing cash patient base
• Affluent, middle-class patient population with a high treatment planning acceptance rate
• Over 40 new patients per month

Associate Expectations:

• 3 days per week plus 1-2 Saturdays per month
• Minimum of 1-2 year of post-graduate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient relationships
• Confidence and proficiency in basic endodontics, extractions, and implant placement
• Experience with Invisalign is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits:

• Initial 90-day daily guarantee (negotiable)
• Percentage of adjusted production starting at 31% and increasing to 34% based on production benchmarks
• No lab deductions on restorations through preferred labs
