Business Systems Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Cent. Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes through the effective use of technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with departments across IT, Human Resources, Accounting to integrate Microsoft Dynamics modules across the business. Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central is essential for success in this role. ERP upgrade experience would also be highly preferred. This is an on-site position 5 days/week. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements Analyze and map current business processes to identify areas for improvement Assist in the implementation of ERP solutions, specifically Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization Facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and user guides Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals Configure systems to meet user requirements and business specifications Create functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Experience with ERP implementation and project management Experience with ERP upgrades is a huge plus.
