This is a full-time hybrid role , requiring a minimum of 3 in-person days each week at our Raeford, NC clinic, with the flexibility of 2 remote workdays .
Sign-On Bonus up to $10K – starting fresh should be exciting
Monthly Bonus Opportunities – up to $4K per month, potentially adding $49K annually on top of your salary
Competitive Salary – $90,000–$100,000 based on experience

Conduct FBAs and create personalized treatment plans
Provide play-based ABA therapy in our clinic and collaborate with families for home/community-based goals
Mentor and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Work closely with other clinicians to ensure great outcomes
Collect and analyze data to drive effective care
Participate in team meetings and professional development
Active BCBA Certification
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)
