Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner that understands how to keep high-paced startup businesses running smoothly. The right candidate will work with our client to analyze problems and create solutions that are easy to understand. An important part of the job is offering administrative support to the co-founders by managing hectic and complex calendars and supporting extensive research and logistics for off-site events. The candidate will manage all travel including planning, booking, and creating itineraries in advance of domestic and international trips, own and manage ad hoc projects as needed, and carry out general office duties as needed.

Responsibilities :

Incredibly organized with superb attention to detail and ability to execute.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work across various roles in a fast-paced environment while staying proactive, flexible, and efficient.
Able to anticipate and responds to the needs of others before they arise, while optimizing processes to make them more efficient.
Experience at a fast-paced and high-growth startup is a plus.
This a full-time on-site position. Remote is not considered at this time.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 56,000.00 75,000.00 Per Year
