Principle Function: To provide administrative support services including answering phones, greeting clients, and directing clients and visitors which ensures a smooth operation for the Counseling Program.
Education and Experience: High school diploma, therapeutic office management experience preferred, and expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for document creation, data management, and correspondence.
Status: Part-time.
