SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled accounts payable clerk to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment. This position will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and support the finance team to assist in the high volume of purchase/expense related items and provide an exceptional level of support internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage accounts payable processes across multiple entities and vendors.
• Process a high volume of vendor invoices, including three-way matching for invoices with up to 100+ line items.
• Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
• Utilize Outlook for professional correspondence and internal communication.
• Enter data with precision and ensure numerical accuracy.
• Use spreadsheets and accounting software to manage and analyze data.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Interact professionally with employees and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
• Adapt to a growing role and balance multiple priorities efficiently.
• Maintain prompt and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
• Use 10-key punch efficiently for data input.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in data entry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail and accuracy.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of Accounts Payable and 3-way match experience
• Knowledge of Oracle, DocLink or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
